Pilot Run Mounting Data Confirmation System
Meets standard board area, M (330mm x 250mm), L (510mm x 380mm) and LL (510mm x 460mm). Customized requirement accepted.
Automatic Impedance Measurement:
Turret moves around automatically and measures targeted RLC components, compare against stored standard data, then reports correct, incorrect, or missing. As measured RLC data of golden board are stored as master value, even component mounted board is to be tested to verify correct components are mounted.
Visual Inspection Supported:
Other than RLC components are to be verified by ccd camera for each device, by displaying orientation mark or printed characters, manual inspection and judgment would be easily made.
TPG(Test Program Generator)
Program automatic generation software. Generated data would be for Kind of Component (RLC), Location, Part Code, Mounted X/Y Coordinates, Size, Height, Angle, Constant, Lower Limit / Upper Limit, Operation Flag, Printed Data and Test Mode.
